A teacher was giving her students a math lesson. "Now, Johnny, if you had two dollars, and you asked your father for another dollar, how much would you have?"
"Two dollars,"Johnny replied.
"Well,"said the teacher,"you obviously don't know how to add."
"You obviously don't know my father!" said Johnny.

2. The accident taught Tim a lesson. He is more careful when he drives.
